Spiritual Coaching Sessions – What’s It All About?
- I work with the novitiate, the intermediate journeyer and the advanced practitioner. Philosophically, I believe we’re all intuitive, all healers, all psychic. My job is to help connect you with your gifts, whatever they are, helping you better journey along your spiritual path.
- You can be guaranteed sessions packed with information, energy, resources, tools and insight. My m.o. is to teach you the nuts and bolts of universal energetics and how you can apply energetic management tools to better co-create your life.
- For those already working with tools along their spiritual journey, my m.o. is to continue to give you tools, build upon what you already have and especially clarify what you’re already working with. Let’s deepen your journey.
- For those in the advanced realms of energy work and/or practitioner work, one of my loves and fortes is to intuitively tune into the work you’re dong with others and help trouble-shoot your ‘stuck’ spots, fine-tune what you’re already doing and clarify your work with perceptions and insight – insight without interference.

Spiritual Coaching Sessions – What To Expect?
- Come open-hearted and open-minded with a willingness to embrace the responsibility of your path with ripe intent concerning the issues you want to work with.
- We’ll begin by setting energetic space, sacred space, then we’ll open the energies and allow the path to intuitively unfold. During our time together, I may use any of the following to facilitate the session: empathing, clairvoyance, clairsentience, intuition, channeling, mediumship, light energy work with your highest level guidance and more including my own experiential knowledge and research base. From the beginning of the session, information and energies begin to flow and I communicate to you the dynamics of the energies. This is where Spirit enters and guides the session. Sessions usually begin by working with your foundational energies, your light field. Here, we give you information, tools and lightwork that directly affect the underlying energy dynamics of your daily life. Then, we move to more physical, real-world issues and topics that often tie directly into the light work we just walked through. My job is to teach you how to clear your space, create your space, connect you with your highest level guidance and move you into the best quality of energies possible. Clear space, strong connections with guidance and quality energies lead to good living . . . dynamic journeys.
- Please bring the intent and questions of the issues you want to work with. Expect that parts of the session will more than likely be compassionately candid. Feel free to talk as openly as you feel comfortable about what you’re working with.
- As we journey through the session, your questions, both conscious and subconscious will be answered. You’ll receive a rich perceptual landscape of the issues you’re working with and tools to apply to your co-creative process. Sometimes the energies within the session will help create shifts for you.
- We energetically close the session in gratitude.
