Spiritual Coaching With Energy Work & Practical Energy Tools - 
These are talking sessions that usually open with spontaneous messages flowing from Spirit World in channel. These messages flow, providing shifts and new perceptions for the client. After the initial messages and energy flow, sessions usually turn towards the tactile, practical issues of everyday human living. Here, we blend the earlier messages with continued energy readings, providing a cohesive session.

Sessions tend to be power-packed and can easily carry you along your spiritual journey for several months. Come with your questions/issues and you’ll leave with higher vibrational options for your life! It’s likely that during a session you will gather spiritual insight to your issues, energy management tools, attunements/alignments, and intuitive messages from Spirit World.

The focus of every session is to put you in the driver’s seat of your life with practical spiritual and energy tools!

Intuitive Light Work Sessions – Energy/Table Work
Sessions usually begin with a base of Reiki and continue, Spirit-guided, with Shamanism, Light Work, Energy Readings, Attunements, Clearings, Soul Retrievals and Spiritual Tools and Resources. Sessions usually flow from crown chakra and down through the chakras (although this might vary), intuitively unfolding, gently moving with guidance and providing energies and information as needed.

These intuitive light work sessions are focused towards one’s light field (the anatomy of the primary chakras) which is the foundation and supporting body of energy for the physical body. As this light work affects your DNA light field before, during and after sessions, moving you out of lower resonating energies into higher resonating energies, there is a strong likelihood you will experience a heightened sense of awareness, not to mention shifts in your life and living.

Specific results are not guaranteed, but intention is paramount. Also, these sessions are not to replace pertinent medical attention or advice. These sessions are to be used in tandem with other practices. If you are sustaining health issues, it is recommended that you seek medical attention.

All Sessions begin with Sacred Space setting and calling in the highest levels of Spiritual Guidance and intent. Remember, every session is different and sessions can include visitations from the other side of the veil, powerful personal experiences, attunements, clearings and messages. Sessions close with gratitude and time for the client to re-assimilate to present time and space. (It’s wise to bring your own grounding stones to have in the car while driving post-session: hematite, gold pyrite, basalt, river stones and/or black obsidion for post session). It is suggested that clients hydrate coming into these sessions and stay mindful of hydration beyond. Supportive green drinks, fruits and vegetables, seaweed or Emergen-C is suggested to support the body as it assimilates with the fluctuations in the light field. For some individuals, light flu symptoms might occur; so, gentle salt baths are suggested for flushing toxins out of the system. Saging post session is strongly suggested.
